"Horrible experience . Was told by Michael Blakely that he would look into a failure to coverwater damage claim and he avoided my calls. The policy exclusion was sump pump coverage. I asked my agent if i was covered for the water damage and he initially told me just send the receipt s . Je never bothered to review my policy and never explained itvwas an option after I had back up sump pump failure thevyear before. I have asked for records of the conversation and state farm is stone walling me. I filed a claim with state insurance commission. Beware and stY away from this Reston State farm branch."
